SmartQuote

SmartQuote was developed during a hackathon to solve a real procurement problem: companies receive quotation requests by email, and the traditional process is manual, slow, and error-prone. SmartQuote transforms this into an automated pipeline: request capture → AI interpretation → supplier contact → proposal comparison → quotation generation → approval workflow → history and analytics. It uses NLP to extract structured data from emails, classifies and normalizes items, suggests prices based on history, and includes an AI assistant for quick queries on quotation status and supplier performance.
